Results for the fall Congress at Hillsborough are now available on Tabroom and below. Coaches should refer to their students’ speaker ballots for merit point recording.
The docket and chamber assignments for the September 21 Congressional Debate tournament at Hillsborough have been posted to the tournament’s Tabroom site and below:
NOTE: For this tournament only, all legislation with a registered author was approved for the docket and reproduced verbatim.
The fall open Congress tournament and FGCCFL coaches’ meeting will be held Saturday, September 7 at Hillsborough High School in Tampa.
Registration and legislation are due Friday, August 30. Schools may register on Tabroom or via email (for this tournament only). Please see the invitation (linked above) for more information.
Coaches who are attending the meeting but whose schools are not bringing students to compete should RSVP to Dr. Terri St. John by August 31.
As we look forward to the start of a new forensics season, please note the following:
- Membership forms and instructions for 2019-2020 are may be found on the Membership page. All forms and fees are due no later than September 28 (the first FGCCFL tournament).
- The fall open Congress tournament and FGCCFL coaches’ meeting will be held at Hillsborough High School on September 7; an invitation is forthcoming. Any items for the coaches’ meeting should be emailed to Dr. Terri St. John by August 30.
