The FGCCFL Student Congress Manual has been updated to Revision 23.10. This revision updates our rules to follow the new NCFL manual to the extent that it is appropriate for local, rather than national, competition.
This manual will be in effect at FGCCFL All Events Tournaments 3, 4, and 5 (if held). A subsequent revision will include procedures for Grand Finals.
